Order problems
I like the mattress. But delivery was bad first I get email for my order but then fond it was for someone in Virginia. Then once I get my order finally I get an 8 inch when I ordered a 10 inch. I sent an emaol questioning this but get no response.

Hi,We have been actively communicating with you in emails.We assure every item sold from us has been strictly checked and tested before sent to the customer. In order to facilitate transport , our mattresses are compressed, rolled and shipped in a box, the compressed mattress structure will be destroyed.Moreover, after compression by the machine, the length and width will be slightly different, while the thickness will be slightly different. We usually advise customers to allow at least 72 hours for the mattress to fully expand. You can try to shake the mattress and pat the surface of mattress gently that will allow the air to enter the sponge.It may help it to regain its normal shape.Sorry for this inconvenience caused.
