It's an OK mattress is all I'm saying
The way it shipped and arrived and unpacked was great. The mattress itself it's kinda cheap...it has so much bounce to it. It's more rigid than I'd like. Was hoping for a softer mattress like the purple company or others that unpack the same way. There is no edge to it. It just collapses and doesn't have a great edge to it. You can't sit on the edge without falling off.

Not the worst but not the best!
The bed isn’t bad for the price, but deff does take a few days to really get comfy, I think I would’ve rather just got the memory foam but hey ohwell, price is great tho for a bed !

This mattress is more on the firm side. Have to put another layer of a foam topper to make it a bit softer

Good mattress but worthless bag
The mattress is fine - comfortable and easy to use. However, the carrying bag is poorly made. It ripped, and the zipper came off, the first time I tried to put the mattress into it.

So in the end I feel duped. I thought I was ordering a real hybrid. This is a regular old school spring mattress with somewhat of a pillow top. It's very noisy. Thinking of returning.

I ordered some pillow and they are hard…
I ordered some pillow and they are hard as a rock. Been trying to get them returned and i havent been able too. Hard to understand and communicate with the rep because english is a barrier. I also ordered a 12 inch mattress and its only gone up to 10 inches. Trying to see if i can get it exchanged and i keep getting the same person who has a hard time communicating in english

Please allow us to explain, In order to facilitate transport , our mattresses are compressed, rolled and shipped in a box. Since the compression time is too long, usually the mattress take a few more days to fully expand to its original size.
