If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I received my mattress fairly quickly but the sizing was off and the feel was too soft in comparison to the description. It sinks in so badly that I could feel my box spring and I ordered a 14” mattress. I emailed them same day I received the mattress and requested a refund or even an exchange. I haven’t received a reply. I’ve sent 4 emails and two chats, no reply. Busy or not, you should have a team capable enough to reply to your customers. The lack of response is very concerning. From reviews I have read from other sites, they don’t seem to honor their own return policy either. If you order from here, be prepared to be ignored and lied to. I’m going to see if I can get the BBB and my bank involved. I’m so disappointed.
