When requesting to return I was meet with an automated seeking response and uncooperative process. Their 100 day return policy is a scam that they choose to avoid and prolong.

I have tried to contact them to tell them that the carrier they use lost my package amazon logistic I had high expectations im a first time customer and I saw the reviews were good on these mattress and I was excited to receive it waited 2 whole weeks for Amazon tracking to tell me they lost my package I want a refund or send me my order again its not my fault for the carrier who is is charge loose my package I paid almost full price $300 for the mattress and to not receive anything is really disappointing

I bought a Molblly 12" medium firm mattress in August. It was too firm. I contacted Molblly customer support within their 100-day trial period asking for a return. Over the next 20 days they offered a $20 credit, a $30 credit, no contact for multiple days, and no return authorization. What's uo? Extremely poor customer support representing a company position. Look elsewhere

Do not buy a mattress from here. You can not return or exchange. You are stuck with it once you get it . The customer service does not exist. You will be sorry.

Bed arrived late and it sucks!

The exchange,refund process is a complete joke .Customer service is in China so you only get a response once a day and its late at night. I wanted to exchange for a different model or get a refund. They gave me a $50 refund and literally told me to have a nice life. I never heard from them again.
