They charged me for auto renewal on some themes I bought. Let’s say I’m the one at fault here and didn’t notice. But they won’t send me an invoice for my purchase and say I need to call them from overseas sees to verify who I am to get an invoice. I think it’s time legal actions will be taken against this company.

SCAM！ The customer service never responds.

Complete scam. I purchased Highend Theme and cancel the support the same day. Inside my account it even shows "Cancel on April 26 2021" and below "Purchase support" yet on the 26th of April 2022 they charge me again for another year. Now I have to call from Italy to I don't know which country to get a refund because they don't do it via email. You guys are scammers.

We have setup an AdminURL but no longer be able to access now. Please advise what we can do. Used my username to go in but not able to access because it does not recorded that we have such user in your account. Very strange. Hope that this can have your prompt reply to it. Thanks. K C

Customer support is null! if you send an email or open a ticket you get an automatic reply that invite you to call by phone. But the number doesn't show the international prefix neither the country where it is located. So it is impossible to call. When you buy an item in reality you take out a yearly subscription. At the expiration date they renew the subscription (and debit your credit card) without any notice. This is not fair! I canceled the subscription the same day of expiration date, but the debited my credit card anyway. No possibility to get any customer support. This is a fraudulent behavior.

Stay away from them! I purchased a WordPress theme from them that doesn't work at all. I asked for a refund many times but they have completely ignored me. A bunch of complete scammers! You will lose your money if you buy from them!

Scammiest most fraudulent company on the whole internet. Even after cancelling rebilling on my account one year ago on the very day i purchased the theme (I have proof), they still rebill me again a year later. Someone needs to contact Visa/Mastercard about these guys. Shady porn sites are more trustworthy than this pack of villains. Oh, and when you contact them to cancel (from the email you signed up with) they tell you you MUST call the call center to cancel. Hopefully some deranged psycho will find the owners one day and get vigilante justice for all of us that got intentionally screwed over by these thieves. One can only hope.

I have been trying to cancel a subscription since last year without success and they are still racking more than £100 from my bank card and the bank is also failing to stop this. Tried to issue me with a new card but still, they are taking my money. The telephone they give to call does not work. I don't know if there is anyone out there with a solution to this I am suffering.
