We used Mofin for our DSCR loan and they were excellent throughout the entire process. We were determined not to use a broker and love the fact that they are a direct lender. We will continue to use them for all of our real estate investment needs and highly recommend them to other real estate investors!

I previously closed multiple loans with Mofin and I went with a different lender this time just to give it a try and they failed me at the last minute saying that they closed on the business name which is pretty standard for a DSCR loan so I went back to MoFin and fortunately, the appraisal report was acceptable and I successfully closed the property with MoFin. I doubt anybody else would have closed in the short time span I had with the escrow/seller. George is a man of word. I loved working with Tyler, Peter, James, Fred, and Rebecca. Thank you folks.

MoFin Lending was VERY easy to work with. The team replied to emails timely and did not promise anything that they couldn't close. I have been thru this process more times then I can count....MoFin was by far the best experience I have had refinancing a home.

Great experience, out of all the lenders I have used in the past, MoFin had the quickest closing. They also had the best rate for my product, which I shopped around extensively.
