I admit it, as a customer, I am an absolute pain in the XXX!. RARELY am I ever satisfied. I worked with MoFin on a purchase and rehab loan on a rental property I was buying. I was having trouble finding a lender that could close in the timeframe I needed and risked losing the deal. I reached out to MoFin after getting 2 extensions from the sellers! I am so happy I did because they were able to get the deal done ahead of schedule. Since then, I have used them for a fix & flip and a refinance of my current rental portfolio.

Tyler Peters worked hard to get this deal moving and done. He is attentive with great follow up. Months after the deal closed and the loan was sent to a new servicer he followed up to get the transition working smoothly as the new servicer had incorrect information. Definitely would work with them again.
