The company provided me with the watch that I ordered in relatively timely fashion. However, this watch did not fit as advertised and when I attempted to return they denied because I had remove the covering on the glass. This was terrible customer service and I would never purchase anything from this company again.

I'm sure the reviews are all fake The watches are very poor quality and shipped from China, despite being advertised otherwise. The company is difficult to work with and their “hassle-free returns” claim is misleading. If you remove the plastic wrapping—even though it’s impossible to assess the true quality without doing so—they will refuse a refund. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs. To modsera comment below: Modsera altered its return policy only after I submitted my request. I have screenshots showing the original policy in effect prior to my return attempt. In addition, please note that Modsera has threatened legal action against me in response to the reviews I posted. Also have flagged my review for defamation to have my comment deleted to deceive its customers.

Beware this company states on its website that it’s ‘Based in the UK’ From A Workshop In Wales, This is actually not true I received my watches after waiting over 2 weeks for them to be delivered directly from china. 2 of the watches have come with the incorrect bands I would say they are an average watch but decided parts of it don’t feel right about the watches themselves and also 2 of them have the incorrect bands, I requested to return the watches which was when I was told that they have to be return to the USA at my own cost, I mentioned that no where on there website or terms and conditions does it state that the customer would need to return the products to another country so very misleading I am currently awaiting there decision on what’s going to happen but have not received a reply in a few days so will be contacting my bank to resolve it

I placed an order with Modsera thinking it was a U.S.-based company (Florida), but quickly realized the items were shipping from China — something that was not made clear upfront. I attempted to cancel the order before it shipped, but was told refunds aren’t allowed once the order is “processing.” As of today, I still haven’t received the items, and there’s been no meaningful support or resolution from their team. The experience has been frustrating enough that I had to file a dispute with my credit card company — a long and tedious process I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I noticed a number of positive reviews that don’t appear to be from verified purchases, which raises red flags. I’m a real U.S. customer just trying to help others avoid wasting time and money. There are better and more transparent retailers out there — I strongly suggest you find one. Updated 09/25/25 Make sure to thoroughly read their policies before purchasing. This company is not flexible and is entirely process driven. I followed their return policy and requested a refund before ever opening the box. I made it clear I did not want the items and just wanted to move on from a bad experience. But now they are requiring me to open the box and take photos of the watches' condition just to get a return address. I do not want to open the box, because I am concerned they will then accuse me of the watches not being in original condition. It feels like a setup to deny the return. I have never dealt with a company that makes you open a product just to qualify for a return, especially when it is completely unopened and unused. Even after all this, they offered me an 80 dollar credit in exchange for a positive review. I also received fake-looking emails that were supposedly internal messages like final stock or employee discounts, clearly designed to create false urgency or trust. They are not interested in making things right. They hide behind process and avoid real customer support. Buyer beware. Do your research. Don’t trust the overly positive reviews. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from the start.

I placed my order on 08/14, and it’s been sitting “with shipping” since 08/22 with no movement at all. I reached out to Modsera and was told my shipment would be expedited, but nothing changed no tracking updates, no clear shipping method, no real transparency. Their process feels vague and unreliable. Looking at other reviews, I see I’m not the only one facing these delays and broken promises. Very frustrating experience and not what you’d expect from a company selling premium products.

Got one wrong band and one broken band. They ghosted me so I can’t return them Update: 3 weeks later and still no bands or even tracking number after they said they would ship them priority shipping. Ghosted again

Hello, I ordered a watch some time ago; it was broken. I couldn't put the right time cause the crown was not connected to the watch mechanism. I sent it back at my own expense, haven't received a refund until now, or a new watch. On Instagram, I get no reply even though they keep posting storys. Conclusion: you get a broken watch directly from China; if there are any problems you will just get ignored

Deception at its best. Website says based in Cape Coral, items shipped from China according to the tracking information provided. Thankfully was able to dispute with my card company. Don't fall for this scam company
