Ordered 3 watches. Order was slow to ship and they missed something from the order but the quality of the watches is fantastic, which I think is the most important thing. Once shipped the order arrived quickly. Would recommend for great quality, beautiful watches.

I ordered 3 watches from Modsera as part of the 3 for 2 deal. They're pretty decent quality. Some of the bands felt cheaper than I was hoping for. But overall decent.

The watch came but there wasn’t accuracy shipping. Once it finally arrived, I was thoroughly impressed. Wish the clasp on the band was a little nicer but it gets the job done

The watch I ordered was better than I expected. The length of time it took to come in had me worried but I was impressed when it came in. Overall I would buy again, just wish they had better ship times.

Great communication! I was concerned because shipping is kind of slow but they assured me that everything was on its way. Watches arrived and were better than I expected. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again and plan to do so soon!

The watches are beautiful and I’d definitely recommend them to friends. The only reason i’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the watch straps is exceptionally hard to resize and their only advice was “yeah go to a watch shop”. All in all no reason to not trust the watches, the company, or the quality.

Thank you so much for your honest review and for recommending us that really means a lot! Sorry to hear the strap was tricky to resize. If you decide to go to a local watch shop, just send us the receipt and we’ll cover the cost, we want to make sure everything feels just right on your wrist. We truly appreciate your trust in our watches and brand. Your feedback helps us get better every day. Thanks again for choosing Modsera!

The watch is amazing, beautifully made, my only problem was taking some links out to adjust to my wrist size, they were in pretty tight, and my package came with no tool so I had to figure out another way to take links out but otherwise, beautiful piece of jewelry

Thank you so much for your kind words, we’re really happy to hear you love the watch! We’re sorry to hear your package didn’t include the link removal tool. That should’ve been included, and we’ll make sure to prevent this in the future. If you ever need one, just let us know and we’ll send it your way!
