Complete scam! Nothing they say is true! The watches do NOT use Seiko movements! They do NOT come in a leather case! They do NOT ship from Florida! It’s another Chinese scam! When you try to contact customer service, GOOD LUCK, the email address listed on the site bounces back! 100% 🐂💩!!! The watch I ordered is NOT the watch they sent me. The review should really be zero stars! It’s a $50 watch... nothing more! Spend your money elsewhere!

Ordered 3 watches with 3 extra bands like the site allowed. Then they removed all the bands I added and altered my order without notifying me and added a band I didn’t even want to I emailed them to change the band and they did (at least that’s what they said). When my order arrived it had the band I told them I did not want. I sent an email letting them know I received the wrong band and I have yet to get a response saying they will fix my order.

Company is a scam! They sell not operating watches and refuse to return or refund after you open the package. There’s no way to know if an item works without opening the package. Run away!

Dishonest communication regarding shipping and manufacturing process. Tracking shows the watch shipped from China.

Selling watches from china and saying they are being made in Flordia is a complete scam. This person will send fake emails about production and delays, but your tracking numbers for shipping are from China. They are drop shipping these strait out of china and saying their production is taking long to make these, also their address in Flordia is a FedEx location, not a business. I have current disputes with them now and they won’t provide refunds. Buyer beware..

Morning, I have only worn my new watch a couples of times and the larger screw from the clasp has just fallen out. This is very disappointing with me only wearing it a couple of times and with the price, you would expect a higher quality. We would really appreciate if you would please send us out a replacement screw, however if this is not possible, I would appreciate a full refund as this watch is no longer usable. All my emails to the support email (not allowed to pop it on here) you ask customers to email if they have any issues keep getting rejected (I have tried 5 times) by your mailbox. I’m now putting it on here in the hopes you’ll see this and answer Kind regards, Ella

Ordered the 3 for 2 and was initially delighted with how these watches looked. This is but a veneer. The quality is very poor. Less than one month later two of the watches are broken. Customer service was responsive but accused me of misuse. If wearing a watch for two weeks is misuse then you are wearing the wrong watch. Avoid this scam. Plenty of other companies doing the same thing but better.
