Great customer service
They were upfront with the shipping time frame, took about a week. WhenI received it the watch looked beautiful, however, after having it for only one day I wore the watch swimming and unfortunately water got inside the case and the watch stopped working. Their customer service was great. They responded to all of my emails within hours with the instructions on how to get it replaced. Within a week I had new one on my wrist. They were extremely apologetic about the whole situation explaining how this was an unusual circumstance and had no problem replacing it I couldn't be happier with ny purchase
