Convenient & healthy except too much salt in my low fodmap
Good shipping, recycling ability, and safe food. I started with you because I need to be low fodmap but the salt is causing problems for me. Wish it had less salt. Also, some of the dishes have an off putting taste.

The food is fine but I could use a…
The food is fine but I could use a little more variety. I have Alpha-gal (no four legged creatures) which doesn't inspire I suppose but I can eat turkey and cornish hen or more tofu not just chicken. What about other types of fish beside MahiMahi and shrimp, both of which I like but can be tiresome. How about tuna, rockfish, or bluefish? Aren't there more vegetables and starches besides string beans or spinach, how about beets. Sweet potatoes, or rice maybe? I would like to see food combinations mixed up a bit more.

I purchased the Mediterranean diet…
I purchased the Mediterranean diet plan. I have received my weekly meals on time with no issues. The meals only need reheating which is definitely a plus over other delivery services. In fact, ModifyHealth is the only delivery service I could find that offered a no prep Mediterranean plan without having to look at ingredients to verify diet compliance and had a large selection to chose from. The meals are delicious!

Pauseing delivery
I would like to pause more than one week at a time. If I go on vacation I don't want to worry about food setting outside my door for weeks.

It helps the process of food changes
Portion and convenience and the company is great! Would love less sodium in the low foodmap options. I find it to be pricey per entree, but it has helped my gut 100%.

As expected
Good food. Small portions, which makes sense. Lots of options. Meat gets a bit dry. Last 3 UPS deliveries delayed 2 days. Food is fine when delivered so just have backups.

Overall satisfied with the service
The food is good. Diet-based menus are good. Cost is competitive. I like the attempts to maximize recycling. However, I’d like a way to cross menu plans, better filtering for food attributes, and would be nice to tag favorites or rate meals in the site for easier recall. Overall satisfied with the service.
