Delicious and fits my lifestyle. love the convenience of having meals…
I love the convenience of having meals delivered to my front door. I am pleased that most of the packaging is recyclable. The meals are delicious. I have several food restrictions and they can be accommodated by ModifyHealth. The food is never dried out and chewy. Always flavorful. My one ding here is the quantity. After eating I am still a little hungry and have to supplement with a small salad, cooked egg, etc. I am not a huge eater, but even for me I would like a bit more. I will continue to use this product because it fits my lifestyle, the food is delicious and it does not trigger any of my health issues.

Food Is OK, Not A Lot of Quantity Supplied In Meals
Food is ok but not much food comes in a container. There is not a lot of variety, seems like 85% of meal choices are something with chicken. We really don't care for the Mahi Mahi dinners. Shrimp dinners are good but again, not much in quantity provided.

Shipping and handling is fantastic
Shipping and handling is fantastic. Foods are packaged very well and easy to heat and eat. The food is tasty and well seasoned and there are lots of gluten free options to choose from. Some of the packages have been a bit inconsistent with the portion size of protein.

Great for anyone in a low FODMAP diet
I was on a low FODMAP diet this past summer and the modify health meals were invaluable to give me a quick meal option. There were many meals I enjoyed, the herbed chicken with wild rice & green beans was my favorite. My meals always arrived cold but the Nordic ice packs are hard to dispose of because they are heavy and can be messy when they break open. I also needed to be dairy free while on the diet and was disappointed that so many meals had dairy in them.

I like that it saves me from thinking…
I like that it saves me from thinking about what to eat that is low in Fodmaps. I enjoy the food recipes all agree with my picky palate! One down side is that the food packages arrive frozen. Another downside is that the food packages are very hard to open by hand. I usually cut them plastic wrap open with kitchen shears. But it’s a bit messy. I often get food sauces on my hands.

Easy answer for 'What's for dinner?"
The portions are perfect for dinner. And the food is excellent. Lots of flavor. Satisfying & loads of nutritional pluses. And I am pleasantly surprised in the variety. I don't think I've had the same meal twice yet. But I certainly look forward to ordering many of my favorites again. And the ordering process couldn't be better. Easy to access website, and very simple to review & change future orders. Thank you, Modify! I've finally found my healthy, tasty, simple answer to 'What's for dinner?"

Tasty meals but portions are smaller…
Tasty meals but portions are smaller than expected. Vacuum packing of meals makes it difficult to open them. This needs to be corrected.

Milton, All feedback is heard and appreciated so that we can continue to grow and improve the experience of all of our awesome customers. We have heard the concern with difficult-to-open packaging, and while we are working to revamp that, we appreciate that it is the best we've found yet to keep your meals as healthy and safe as possible during transit and storage. We recommend a sharp knife or a good pair of kitchen scissors in the meantime but please keep an eye out for the new packaging!

Selections of prepared microwavable…
Selections of prepared microwavable meals for dietary restricted diets. My meal plan is tailored to only have meals for gastroenterological conditions (such as SIBO/IMO). These meals make it possible to eat prepared LOW- FOD MAP meals easily. Plus the App is very helpful so I recommend paying the $10 to purchase it. Drawback...they are microwavable and I am not fond of microwaved meals in general.
