Hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. While we understand taste is subjective, we're glad to hear you've had an overall good experience. Maria, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review; we appreciate your kindness and 3 stars! We hear you and we are working to improve our packaging at this time, to make it easier to open while keeping your food safe and delicious. As for delivery, we highly recommend opening a UPS My Choice account for free where you have total control over ALL UPS packages delivered to your home including more in depth delivery instructions. If ever there is anything we can do to help please never hesitate to reach out to our amazing Customer Care team available 7 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM by either phone or email. Take Care!

Vic, We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the meals nor the menus. While we understand that taste is subjective, we aim to provide healthy and delicious meals regardless of need, restriction and or preference. We do add 3-4 new meals every quarter and are working to provide a menu that spans all dietary needs for better coverage. We hope to see you back sometime in the future and give us another shot - and in the meantime if you ever need any assistance, please feel free to reach out to our customer care team who are available 7 days a week.

Please know while we chose the packaging we have for the safety and to prevent any spillage, leakage, spoil, etc. we also hear your concerns and are working very hard to release an all new packaging that will be much easier on the hands - and your food, when you open it! We hope you'll keep that in mind and give us a chance to make this better for you.

If you're ever needing to look at alternative frequencies for delivery i.e. bi-weekly, every 3 or 4 weeks, we can also help with this to ensure you're not missing out on healthy and delicious meals!
