Have had a very, very difficult time trying to cancel this. Very, very frustrating, enough for me to never sign up again.

The shipment came in a massive mess. All food trays had been thrown around in transit. There was too little food. You put THREE small shrimp in your "Shrimp and Grits". It was more like "GRITS and 3-shrimp". Food was not good; the grits tasted like instant cardboard. I was so disappointed. Your food is way over-priced and I will not be ordering from you, again. You did NOT resolve ANYTHING and REFUSED to do so. I told you to NEVER send me any more food BUT you did that anyway and charged me for it. I immediately mailed the box of food back, but you FAILED to issue ANY REFUND. Your company SUCKS!!!!! You intentionally give VERY LITTLE FOOD and do NOT CARE about customer satisfaction, AT ALL.

As a first time subscriber my first order was postponed 3 times. Unacceptable fir a meal delivery service

I don't know what I was thinking. I ordered 2 weeks worth thinking I would reorder my "favorites". I had to throw them all out. Totally disgusting and inedible! When I contacted them there was no refund opportunity. Don't waste your money.

The first meal I tried was tough and chewy chicken. I couldn’t even chew the chicken. Because I ordered with a first order discount, they would not refund my meals. Sure glad I only ordered a few.

My first order was delayed by over a week. Two days after the first order arrived I received and was charged for a second order. Then I got an email the following day that a third order was processing. They refuse to refund me for any of it, and the food is terrible! Everything is extremely watery after being heated up. I would never recommend this to anybody, and the customer service has been absolutely unhelpful. I would avoid this service!

Had two of their meals that were actually delicious -- the pot roast and the chicken enchiladas; had two of their meals I actually had to throw out, uneaten -- the Mediterranean chicken gumbo and the BBQ pulled pork with greens and black-eyed peas. The salmon with mashed potatoes was fine, though the portion size didn't come close to matching the promotional photo of the dish on their website. Additionally, carb counts on the actual labels of food delivered did not always match the counts as advertised -- the chicken enchiladas were delicious, but, suspiciously, included three corn tortillas in the dish, which pushed my (diabetic) blood sugar numbers way over the recommended limit for a meal. And talk about suspicions -- the nutritional label on the bottom of each entree was so small I had to photograph it and blow it up in order to read it. When companies make something so small I can't read it, I assume they'd really prefer I NOT read it. Buyer beware. In the end, though I had a couple good meals, which, all other things being equal, I'd enjoy repeating, I can't rely on the quality and taste being consistent, and no longer trust this company on portion size or carb counts, and so have canceled my membership.
