I have been ordering from them over about 2 years. So far my experience has been very good. I had about 2 missing orders which they filled promptly when I had notified them . Otherwise I can not complain and the food has always been tasty.

Modify Health has been a lifesaver for me. It was difficult to stick to a low fodmap diet until I found Modify Health. I’m able to select from a variety of healthy choices. They’re customer service is also excellent!

Excellent and timely responses from the Customer Care team members . I had most recently had problems logging into my account. It was "after hours" when I was trying so had to leave a VM message and also sent an e-mail in the "CONTACT US" link. I immediately received a response (3 e-mails) from the customer care team members indicating that there had been a problem with an upgrade and it was fixed the next day. They all did a wonderful job of immediate followup with me , which I truly appreciated.
