I’ve been so impressed with the quality…
I’ve been so impressed with the quality of ModifyHealth meals. They have made sticking to a diet really simple and save me so much time, not to mention they taste SO GOOD! I can’t say enough good things about them, highly recommend!

Game Changer

Subscription Change Request
I was curious about changing my subscription from a weekly to a monthly one and I wasn't sure they did they. I submitted a question to customer service and was helped within 24hrs by Hannah! She was very professional, extremely polite and incredible knowledgeable. This is the type of customer service I like to see in meal delivery companies.

The food is good and quite healthy
The food is good and quite healthy! It comes timely and is easy to heat when your time is limited. I never realized how great chicken can be microwaved!! Just be aware if you dont want your order coming automatically the next week you need to cancel membership after your order!

The food is very good for my taste
The food is very good for my taste. Only issue I have is I wish there was not so much sodium. I rather salt my own food.

Exactly what a Celiac person needs
The meals are delicious. The site does a great job of making ordering easy. Having the pictures and names of what we order is so good. NO shipping charge. Thank you thank you thank you. The box of 6 is light enough to pick up. Love that you use UPS so I get notifications. This totally beats Metabolic Meals which I had been using.

Great experience thus far!!
Food is fresh and delicious and as a single person, I appreciate not having to waste food or eat the same thing for many days in a row when I cook/food prep myself. Also love that the portions are controlled and I’m now following my diet without having to think or make complicated decisions. I’m already feeling healthier!! Highly recommend!!
