Convenient source for prepared, low fodmap meals. The food arrives well packed with ice packs which last a really long time even if the box sits outside for a day.

Excellent meal variety..much better than other meal services I have tried. Food is quite good especially when eaten fresh and nicely cooked. I have some gum issues so some of my favorite meals (plantains and rice and beans) are on the spicy side but generally I like the seasoning. Meats are good quality.
