The food was tasty and I felt like the portions were the right size. I had to stop for a temporary time, due to finances. When I called the company to stop, the representative was extremely helpful and courteous.

FODMAP Trip
Meal taste good and actually taste healthy - leaving even allowance for me to add my own condiments or seasoning to enhance it according to my craving of that moment. Modify Health follows the FODMAP diet to a T.

i'm very impressed
It's very easy to use the website; and so for, out of 30-35 meals, I liked every one except for 1--Scrambled eggs and quinoa. The food arrives when they say; it's very easy to unpack; and super easy to cook. i'm very impressed.
