The food is very good, plenty of varieties. The selections are very easy to make. Delivery service is excellent as well. Customer service is the best.

First, Modify Health meals are tasty, balanced, and healthy, which is why I was especially disappointed when an unexpected airline delay interfered with receiving my perishable order. I had planned to pick it up promptly, but because UPS required me to retrieve the package personally with ID, I had no way to send someone else in my place. I reached out to ModifyHealth who responded with genuine understanding and immediately offered to replace the entire shipment, then worked with me to time the replacement so I would not receive a duplicate order the following week. That kind of thoughtful, flexible customer service is rare, and I truly appreciate how quickly and graciously Lara and ModifyHealth turned a stressful situation into an easy solution.
