I am so impressed with this meal…
I am so impressed with this meal service. They are incredible. I just started receiving them and I have celiac disease. This is so helpful because it takes all of the preparation time and guess work out of meals. The meals are really good. I put them on a baking sheet and pop them in my toaster oven and they turn out excellent. There is so much flavor and so far I have liked every single thing that I have tried. This is so helpful if you are looking to lose weight or want to maintain a healthy diet. I hardly even have to buy groceries with this. Thank you so much for this. I am so grateful

Low FODMAP meals are great!
I get the low FODMAP meals and each one I have eaten tastes really good. I just keep reordering the same 6 meals when available! I got the turkey last time and I hope that stays on the menu for a while. It was delicious and, as always, enough food! I do wish the packaging were easier to peel up and remove, but I can't argue that the packaging allows me to use my meals for up to 10 days before having to freeze them, so there is that benefit.

Food is excellent
Food is excellent. Shipping is convenient. Staff is available and helpful. This makes keeping my dietary needs easy.

The meals taste GREAT and are clean and…
The meals taste GREAT and are clean and healthy. The customer service is phenomenal. It's the best meal prep company that my wife and I have used. I highly recommend it.

I don’t have to:
I don’t have to: Figure out what to eat; shop at the store; Lug everything up the steps; Put everything away; Start cutting up vegetables; Measure and bag everything; Start cooking; and Cleanup is a breeze! Nuff said!!!

The food is pretty good
The food is pretty good. Portion sizes are filling. I follow a low fodmap diet recommended by my doctor and nutritionist to help with IBS symptoms. This compliments NERVA a program for IBS hypnotherapy along with breathing exercises and physical exercise. Most importantly my meal planning and prepping just got easier.
