Easy to use website, excellent selections and delicious food

My name is Shon Fluitt I'm a Care Coordinator with Spectrum Health and Human Service and was assisted by Customer Care Advocate Luna McDaniel. Luna was well rounded and knowledgeable in the delivery of her explanation of services offered, making it easy to assimilate and absorb the information for my client and myself. Luna was very patient, courteous and professional. I requested instruction on how to complete a customer service survey; exemplary customer service is almost a rarity and certainly should be recognized when received. My client and I are very thankful for the assistance, quality of service and help we received today.

The food is delicious. The packaging, shipping and delivery are excellent. And I can't even begin to find to the words to describe the excellent customer service. I encountered an issue of my own doing, I emailed Customer Service. I received an immediate response, and within minutes they unraveled the mess I got myself into! I feel happy and secure doing business with Modify Health!

My name is alias but I’ve used this meal service, and I have to say it’s been a great experience. The process of selecting meals is simple and user-friendly, and I really appreciate the flexibility to pause deliveries whenever needed. The meals have shown me that eating healthy doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor they’re genuinely delicious. On top of that, the customer service team has been incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Overall, this company clearly cares about its customers, and it shows in both their service and product. Highly recommend!
