Hello Hunter, Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the courier's mishandling. Our perfumes are carefully packed in sturdy boxes and shipped in protective cartons to prevent any accidents, though we understand that mishaps can still occur. As per your request, we have already dispatched a replacement perfume and hope it reaches you without any issues. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Best regards, Mod Fragrances

Hi Anna, Thank you so much for giving Mod Fragrance a try and for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate it. We understand that you were expecting our Patchouli perfume to have a stronger resemblance to pure Patchouli, and we apologize for any disappointment caused. It's worth noting that the perfume you purchased was crafted to capture the essence of Tom Ford's discontinued White Patchouli, which features a delicate balance of woody and floral notes along with patchouli. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and if you ever find yourself less than pleased with a Mod Fragrance product, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We're here to assist you in any way we can, including facilitating returns or exchanges. Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to exceed your expectations in the future.
