I didn’t like the quality of the fragrance

I bought it for my brother‘s birthday and it took too long and once he got here, I opened it and did not like it. Neither did my brother so I would like to return it. Please advise.

This was my second time ordering Analysis. My first bottle came on a round bottle but this one came on a square bottle and way weaker than the first. I think they changed the quality of it to purposely make it weaker because when I went back on the site to see if it was changed I saw they had a intense version 🤬that would've been nice to know before buying this weak version. Mind you the very first time I ordered this they didn't have an option for a intense version it just came intense. I thought I was getting what I got last time. Fortunately Kobra satisfies that and you get way more. MOD you lost me with this change up as a customer.

My order is 10 days past due, horrible response from chat and no answer by phone.

Pearle smells nothing like JCG La Belle Le . Not even a little. Does not have that juicy pear smell, or rich amber vanilla. I can smell a spicy note, and leather. I am disappointed considering the OG was reformulated then discontinued. 🙄 I will let it sit and marinate for a while and will update my review. The fact they said it wasn't the same perfume is what triggered me. I know what I bought and did my research. The dry down after hours did have a similar scent. I truly do want these companies to succeed. It benefits everyone. You were asking about which version I'm speaking of. I'm speaking of the original not the reformulating, there was only one reformulation, people noticed and didn't like it. Just an fyi. Please copy the original. As I said i will let it sit for a while, and let it marinate, then try it again.

I had gotten there Red Amber extract awhile back and it was ok.this time I got there Red Amber elixir and I don't know what is wrong with it but it has a weird fishy smell to it disgusting 🤢🤮

I received my first order a little over a week ago. It was seven bottles, came to a little under 200. I won't comment on the juice at this point, because in my experience these independent shops like this, make small batches and the age of the bottle you receive has an age measured in days, not weeks or months, or even longer. They are too young to fairly judge. I'm not positive this goes for Mod, but I'm letting them sit awhile to be safe. I kind of hope they are not very good, because even if they are great I will never order from them again. I do not order from companies that are, in my opinion, deceitful. Shortly after I received the order, I got an email asking to leave a review. That's pretty common and not a problem. However, they offer incentives for every five star review you leave. They make no mention of that on the site, quite the opposite as a matter of fact. Offer incentive to leave a review, that's great. Offer incentive for only five star reviews, that's deceptive. Since most first time customers are likely blind buying, they tend to rely heavily on reviews to make a decision, which this company is almost certainly aware of, and in my opinion acted accordingly. Making it even worse for me, you can go to the site and see how they claim to collect reviews. They say they may edit for errors like spelling, or erroneous product descriptions, but they never change the star rating because they want to, and this part made me want to vomit, they want to maintain the integrity of the reviews. No mention of the fact they offer an incentive for each five star review. Which, to me, begs the question: WHAT INTEGRITY? We have very different interpretations of what "integrity" actually means. There are other reasons also, but this in and of itself for me to never order from them again. I appreciate the quick response, and I mean that sincerely. Many businesses don't bother to address reviews, and you should be commended for that However, your response is at best misleading, or straight up knowingly false. You make it sound, at least to me, that you incentivize people to leave PRODUCT REVIEWS (no idea why you felt that needed all caps) which is only true if you leave a five star review. You again fail to acknowledge that, while still mentioning integrity. I'll let everybody decide for themselves since this is going nowhere. Apparently you disagree. UPDATE I tried to write a new review regarding service, but it won't let me. I apologize for this turning into a War and Peace like review. If you read from the beginning you see I left a review last night about how Mod collects reviews. I had a little back and forth with the owner, civilly, and at the end I figured we would just agree to disagree. We are in the same time zone so this was well after business hours for him. The next morning I checked email and there was one from Mod. They were informing me of a change they made to their policy regarding the collection of reviews. I was stunned. He had considered what I said, evaluated it, and changed their policy. This after a complaint of sorts from a person who was not only not a regular or repeat customer, but had said he will never order again. I'm pretty old now, but was in business all my life. This just does not happen. No business reacts and responds with a policy change that quickly, most of them not at all. It typically takes a lawsuit, or credible threat of one, to result in a policy change like this.He obviously did not want anyone to have the perception of his company being anything but open and honest. Clearly transparency is important to him and this policy did not align with that, so he changed it, late at night, even though it was only mentioned by a one time, former customer. If you've ever owned a business, or been in a position that had control over operations, you know how nearly unprecedented something like this is. I feel like I got whiplash from the speed I went from being a disgruntled customer swearing to never order from them again, to feeling like how could I possibly not want to support a business that is this committed to customer service. Now I am very much looking forward to my bottles maturing so I can try them out. Should be about 6-8 weeks. I'll post a review about them and the entire order/delivery experience then.
