Easy to order and excellent communication as to the stages on track. Delivered before expected so amazing.

Poor quality of product, excessive delivery time

Easy to order . would have liked to have been informed about it as the hat took a long time to arrive. nice hat .

Good shirt, took longer than expected

The delivery time was far too long. I wanted this garment for the Arsenal Parade but it came yesterday 09 June 2026. It is quite nice quality but not really up to the standard I thought it would be for the cost. However, it will be worn.

The shirt was actually cotton and not that cheap nylon they are using now

The cap was ordered for a specific event. It didn’t arrive in time for the event. Price was acceptable. Quality not great. Communication not great. Don’t think I would order again .

I ordered an Arsenal 'Its Done' baseball cap, which took a while to arrive and was poorly packaged. On arrival the cap was so badly creased that I am unable to straighten it in order to wear. The description technically fits the product but the care and actual quality in my opinion is extremely poor. If you are looking for quality, I would shop elsewhere to avoid being disappointed.
