Modern Property SolutionsReviews of modernpropertysolutions.com

I apologize, I have the wrong Modern Property Solutions, I won’t to remove the review but can’t figure it out. For anyone who reads this it’s for Modern Property Solutions in PA. Again I apologize for the mix up

I needed to sale my house, so I called Modern Property Solutions. I was fortunate to speak with Craig Bach. Craig and I came to a fair deal. Unfortunately, I was unable to close on the deal, due to circumstances out of my control. Craig, was able to cancel the contract without penalty to me. Craig, told me they are in business to help people solve their real estate problems not to create new ones. Thanks Mike Greeson

I had a great experience with Bill. When no one else answered questions or helped, he made sure too! He was there for us when our family needed it the most! Thank you Bill!

I've been working in the real estate industry as a real estate appraiser for 19 years. In all my time in this field, I've met many various industry professionals. However, I have never met anyone better at creative financing than James at Modern Property Solutions. He has the skills, knowledge and compassion to help those in need of obtaining their dream home. He's a great person and genuinely compassionate for what he can do for his clients.

James and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. I was recommended to his company and I would do the same to others in need of his service. Best house buying company I’ve worked with so far. A+++

Working with James and his team was a great experience. We closed quickly and they were very professional. Thanks James!!

They got back to me right away, and answered all of my questions honestly.

Very knowledgeable when it comes to creative financing real estate, will recommend to all friends and family!
