ModernMint.com doesn’t deserve (1) star rating! In order to post my review I must rate. My actual rating for this online site is “0”BEWARE OF SCAM MODERMINT.com FROM CHINA!!! Online ordering site ModernMint.com is a SCAM!!! They advertise solar torch outdoors lights at 76% off. $19.95 for one light. It has a special Bundle Deal (4) for the price of one (1). These lights could be worth $3 each at a General Dollar store. PLEASE Do not fall for their FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. You will receive (1) light for $19.95 plus pay for shipping. In addition, if there is something wrong or defective with an item you purchase from ModernMint.com CUSTOMER SERVICE Micheal, and or Alisa Mong will email you back to give you the return shipping address: IN CHINA!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MODERNMINT.COM SITE AS IT IS A SCAM. I was charged $33.39 on my credit card for a (1) $3 dollar mini solar torch light (if purchased at dollar store) instead it’s priced for $19.95 for (1) advertisement states (1) pack Bundle Deal-4 for the price of one (1); plus I purchased a plumbing snake that was defective for $14.99. The plumbing snake was a joke; dollar store item. In addition, paid for shipping $5 something. Go to Amazon shipping charges, or Amazon PRIME free shipping to secure your order at least they ship from the USA. Even then read the return policy on purchases before purchasing and by all means….PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ON ONLINE PURCHASES BEFORE MAKING THE PURCHASE.

Do not be deceived... this company is trash, trash, trash!! I promise you!! I never received my items and they would not give me my money back either!! Do not use this company!! Very dishonest!!

Do not purchase anything from this company. I ordered a pair of indoor slippers/socks. After a long wait I finally received---ONE slipper/sock. Their customer service refused to send me a shipping label for return of the item, even though the error was theirs. Appalling customer service. Kay Campbell

Yes, I will agree with all on this platform. This company is a scam. I ordered a Drone and wasn’t satisfied due to cheaply made and the controller was in “Chinese”, which I don’t speak or read. I’ve sent several emails and was told the same as others. Micheal asked me to send it back to China for a refund. However, the postage was more then I paid for the drone. Yes, they have a Canadian address but give you an address in China. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MODERUPLIFT/ MODERN MINT !!!! A SCAM

I just want people to know how awful this company is!!!!!! I would never again order from modernmint. My shoddy item arrived broken. They said I can pay to ship it back to China. Or they could give me a 20% refund and I can keep the broken item. Their I’ll gotten gain will catch up sooner or later. I would consider this thievery. BEWARE The item I bought was approx 30$. Could buy at a dollar store for 1$. Wish I had looked them up before I ordered. Instead I paid the STUPID TAX. I couldn’t find a review over one star.

This company is a total scam. Unfortunately I did not check the reviews on this company. I lost $119. Customer support is non-existent. Called many times all times of night and day, all days of the week. Only a voice mail response that said "sorry, we are not open". I sent emails. I finally received a reply from a Michael who stated no remote control or manual comes with the toy transformer which was a complete lie. Advertisement clearly states the opposite. Lesson learned - ALWAYS check reviews before purchasing from a company.

This Chinese scam website is trying to rip you off! They change there names often and start over! Do not buy anything even if it looks good there is always a catch, it’s defective and dangerous crap! Just buy at a trustworthy company! End of message!
