Modern Line FurnitureReviews of modernlinefurniture.com

The product is exactly what I was hoping for and it was delivered super fast which was great. My only critique would be that the delivery did NOT occur within the promise window. The truck arrived approx. 2hrs later than what was confirmed over the phone with the driver. Not a huge deal, but something worth noting.

They had some costumer representative that was not very nice, but the director of operations followed up with me and apologized. Which is very much appreciated. My order has had some delays but appreciate the courtesy of informing me and following up. Can't wait for my furniture to arrive!

I purchased the Black Leather - Button Tufted - Curved Ottoman Item#: 904-B online. I ordered 4 of these ottomans. I was charged $300 for shipping. I can't wait to get the ottomans. They are truly unique.

We ordered this set to complete a family game room that also has a pool table and bar in it. I love how this set completes the whole room with its bold red color. The contemporary design of the furniture is unique and very eye catching. We have had mixed feed back on the comfort of the sofa and chair, some people say they are extremely comfortable and others feel they are a bit to firm. But all and all I love the set. The coffee table with stools if ideal for both kids and adults. the stools can also be used as end tables for the sofa and chair. the only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 is that Modern Line claims that they have everything on their site in stock at all times... this is the second item that I have ordered from them that they did not have in stock and had to "special order" They claim it was because of the color but they show it in red on their site... so I would think it would be in stock then... we had to wait 8 weeks for it to be delivered but I would say it was well worth the wait. The customer service is excellent and the furniture was delivered packaged extremely well... Well worth the money!

After looking at many modern bar stools all over the net and in person that looked flimsy at best, I found Modern Line online and liked the fact that they publish weight ratings on their commercial grade stools. Found a design that we liked and ordered three bar stools. They arrived within a reasonable length of time and were just what we were looking for. The only complaint I would mention (and the reason I took off a star) is that I felt the shipping (or shipping/handling) was high. We paid an additional $150 to ship a total of three bar stools via UPS ground in two boxes from NJ to south FL. The stools were not overly large or heavy, so it seemed expensive. I would definitely take the shipping into consideration when making a purchase. It might be more than you bargained for.

Very happy with the merchandise and how it arrived safely with no wear or tear. The only thing is that there has to be more communication between the customer and vendor on updates of when merchandise is in stock or not. It was a few weeks before my merchandise was in stock again and I never received an update unless I called or emailed.

Was told it would ship immediately, then found out it was backordered. But, arrived, looked nicer than I thought it would, and is a great value for the price. The edges of the glass get razor sharp though in some spots, and we had several people who have cut themselves slightly on the tops. But, overall, it is a great setup...
