The worse company ever not BBB accredited business due to all the compaints.

This company is a complete scam. They will send you a partial order of wrong items. Their customer service will tell you its in their "return policy" backed by the federal government for you to return the wrong products for a 150% discount coupon after you pay return shipping and they get the wrong product back. Obviously to start the sick loop all over again. These guys need TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!

The absolute WORST place to buy ANYTHING from. HANDS DOWN. I ordered something WEEKS AGO, They promised it would arrive in time, even promised to expedite because it was taking them too long--THEY SHIPPED IT THE SLOWEST POSSIBLE SPEED! AND THEY INCLUDED AN ILLEGIABLE LABEL WHICH SLOWED IT DOWN EVEN MORE! It did NOT ARRIVE BEFORE THE GAME, even though it was promised! Spoke to and emailed over 50 different incompetent people. Will NEVER ORDER anything from them again! NEVER!

AWFUL COMPANY! Completely screwed us over on a return order. Also, watch your bank account because even after you cancel their subscription they continue to charge you!!

I bought 2 items. One was delivered, but the other one wasn’t... i demanded a refund, but they tried to convince me it would still be shipped. I talked to about 8 different customer service reps that spoke slow English. Once i started demanding a refund, is took about 7 weeks to finally get. They did eventually refund, but i was thinking i got took. They always want to escalate the matter and will give you a response in 48 hours... i only received a call back once out of about 50/60 messages. I would never do business again with them.

Never again, I wish a had seen the reviews before wasting a $1000 with this fraud company. They never call back, same person every time you call them, different answer. Trying with my bank to dispute the charges now. Don't fall for their scam and bad practices.

this company and customer service is not professional at all they are a bunch of liars i placed an order for 4 tee shirts on June 3,2021 and they must have a blind person doing orders warehouse sent 2 Knick sweaters i sent them photos and i also called them for help they sent a label i sent the stuff back no refund was given and than trust them to get it right today received 4 sweaters this time and called them back and they are not trying to help me i don't think its a real Modell's at all i think its old stock that's why they keep advertising tee shirts but sending me sweaters please don't waste your time or money with them go somewhere else its been a real headache shopping online with these people who cant even understand English . I would have given then ZERO 00000 stars they are totally garbage and i will make sure i tell everyone not to trust or buy any products from them at all today is June 18,2021 and they still are holding my money HOSTAGE

BAIT AND SWITCH - WEBSITE LIES.. I purchased a weight bench, thinking I was getting what was pictured, and described on website.. DEAD WRONG.. 5 phone calls, over 30 days to horrible customer service minions, who only read from a script, each time describing in detail what was wrong.. - They took down the entire Proform bench listing on their website, and didn't try to apologize, or even recognize their error. First and LAST time I ever purchase anything from Modells.. No surprise they're in Bankruptcy...
