I ordered a Seiko Mod Datejust Blue Arabic Cosmos, it arrived and in fact wasn't blue it was a blue/purple/green luminescent colour. As well as it looking nothing like the picture, though the plastic packaging i could see the band was already damaged/ scratched. This is extremely upsetting as it was bought as a birthday present. Completely awful experience, i'm still waiting to hear back on getting a refund.

AVOID. If your a UK buyer.

The quality of there product is no better then what you buy at a street vendor buying a 5 dollar watch. Avoid this vendor.

The watches use cheap parts, the company say they are from the US, but the watch definitely came from Asia in a cheap box. I ordered a Sieko Daytona and back of the case was rough and you can feel this on your skin, the bracelet was cheap too and was uncomfortable to wear.

Just terrible these are complete fake watches and now the company won't respond to me, they are fakes made in China and shipped from Hong Kong, they won't let you cancel an order, they deliver it without a signature and the customs declared value is about $10.00 USD. STAY CLEAR FROM MOODY AND WATCHES BY CODY.

Not worth the price of the watches, clearly bulk purchased Chinese replicas with a brand stamped on it, clunky and bulky wrist bands compared to the originals. Poor customer service clearly AI driven, Still waiting on a refund 16 days later (refunds policy claims 10 days)

I ordered a watch from these people, there was barely any communication and I waited, waited and waited 2 months just for it to show up, when it finally comes it is the completely wrong watch, nothing like the one I ordered and I emailed them and they just ghosted me and I thought I was getting a good deal but the quality was awful I will never be buying from them again and I recommend you don’t order for them as well

I'm waiting for a solution for a watch that is running 5s faster per minute. Two weeks and no solution yet.
