Worse experience ever! NOT US based
Worse experience ever! I feel like these are absolute chancers and my advise is to steer clear! My first order, a “Seiko” Panda arrived, albeit late and the watch seemed ok so I ordered another watch (a Seiko Snoopy), big mistake! Got a email almost immediately saying there would be a small delay… uh ok Weeks later after my persistent follow up I got shipping details. Brilliant! Then an email saying they are closing the site, wait what! WTF ? Two weeks later the package still hasn’t been handed over to the courier. So the trackings shows they registered the package on the shipping system to generate a tracking number but didn’t do anything else. They barely respond to emails and when they do they ignore the question you ask and give one line responses. Tracking shows C**na to Europe… Emails translated… Feels like they are total chancers! When I found this out, I took a closer look at the watch I order first time. It doesn’t even use a Seiko movement like they advertised, it has the cheaper TMI clone. The dial is off center by a half degree so the watch wasn’t even built right. The lume is non existent. So much for Cody being a watch enthusiast, feels like total BS! You have been warned. I felt compelled to warn others to not fall into the same trap that I’ve been scammed with. You pay your money, you take your chance. Everything I have said here is factual and is my experience and I’m happy to show all communication from them to tracking evidence to stand over my review
