I bought few different lights from MOD, some for outdoor and indoor. They look modern and different from anything else on the market. For the first purchase they give a good discount code which makes a difference when you buy few more lights at once. I was a bit concerned about the delivery time and shipping as I’m based in UK so I contacted customer service for an update. They were very prompt to answer and very helpful, which was reassuring. The lights were delivered in few days arriving in few different packages. They were very well packaged, nothing was damaged. I was very impressed with Bailey as it has glass orbs, which were all intact. We had a mix up and received different patio lights but I think this was picked up pretty much straight away and the correct lights were delivered in a couple of days. Customer service was great, emphasising customer satisfaction and seamless shopping experience. Some of the patio lights have already been installed by our electrician, easy to install, good build, quality and looking great. Definitely the wow factor I was looking for. I would recommend MOD lighting and definitely will buy again.
