They use your phone number that they claim to only need for shipping to spam your phone on a daily basis with texts. I have deleted and reported every text, but they use different numbers each time. Incredibly annoying I will never use this company again.

The contacts don’t fit :/ I would love a refund

I've purchased the 22mm sclera (sorry if misspelled) from your company three times. First two times contacts fit fine no problems now the third time they don't center on eye and makes it very hard to see n focus especially when the pupil hole slides around n is off center. I paid 65 dollars again to get contacts that are to uncomfortable to wear please help me out with something names aaron courter number is 4809742540 call or email me back thank you for your time and hopefully consideration on helping your loyal customer three years in a row thinking about not making it a fourth .

Can’t even wear them. The hole for the pupil on both colors I got are too small and causes blurry vision. Not safe to wear at this point and I’m sure they non refundable. Waste of money.

MocoQueen was out of my prescription when I ordered my Cosplay lenses. But instead of letting me know, they just shipped the 'next best' prescription which was -.50 less. Anyone who wears prescription contacts knows being off by even a little will give you the worst headache. It was disrespectful to simply ship what they "thought" would work instead of reaching out and asking. Couldn't return the unopened item for a full refund even though they were at fault.
