Paid for expedited delivery to get product for a party and never arrived in time. After reaching out and explaining the issue that the product never arrived in time they then refused to refund the amount and on top of paying for shipping back, would have some type of re-stocking fee. Made it extremely hard to work with and not even worth trying to send back. I now have an unopened package that was a waste of money due to the failure of a paid/promised expedited delivery.

Ordered contacts for Halloween party and paid the $9.95 for 2-3 shipping. The contacts finally got here 8 Days later. Was told I can send them back, but there would be a $3 per contact fee, not including shipping and they would give me a $15 coupon if I keep them.

One of my contacts lenses are broke

They do not fit, were too big, and one of them were ripped so was not able to even wear or try them

I want to share my personal experience with the contact lenses I purchased from MocoQueen. After using them, I experienced a very strong eye reaction that, in my case, appeared with symptoms similar to an allergy and conjunctivitis. My vision was compromised for two days, and the pain was so intense that I couldn’t sleep for about 24 hours. It was an extremely unpleasant and unsettling situation. When I contacted the company to explain what had happened, I also attached photos clearly showing the issue I had experienced. Despite this, the only compensation they offered was $50, which I personally found disproportionate considering the discomfort and recovery time I went through. This is my experience, shared in the hope that it may help others make a more informed decision.

First order showed up damaged and unusable. Their solution was to give a “discount” on a second order. Edit: their emailed solution in their reply is yet another discount in exchange for removing this review.

The contacts I ordered you can’t see out of them or nothing and they were prescription and there’s no contact number. No way to get a hold of these people.
