Seemed to take a long time to process, and ship the order. Placed the order 13 days ago, no clue where it is. Hopefully they good when they arrive.

Instead of getting the magenta color I ordered I received two of the red ones

Contacts cane with a tear in them

I ordered two different designs of contact lenses. The contacts themselves look good; however, they sent the WRONG prescription for one of the pairs. Another issue I had is that I paid for expedited shipping, yet the contacts were still delivered late. I will say that after emailing them, they were able to put a rush on the shipping. But still, if I pay extra for expedited shipping, that’s what I expect to receive.

These were quite an expensive purchase to go with my outfit. I could not get these to lay flat over my eye and there's now way I would have known prior to opening them that they were too big for my eyes. Unfortunately once opened there's no returning them. They blocked my vision completely ( drifting to the outer corners)and wouldn't lay flat against my eye. I can't use these unfortunately, so now I just have a very expensive pair of contacts that I can't use.

Very uncomfortable

Spent a bunch of money on blackout scleras here. High quality product, excellent contacts case, but they sat awkwardly on my eyes, refused to seat properly and fell out almost immediately.

Contacts had a hard time staying centered and wanted to pop out of my eyes even with multiple adjustments and plenty of solution
