Paid a hefty amount extra to make sure my contacts came on time for an event. Contacts aren't here and my cosplay is ruined now. USPS says its the sellers fault and still haven't gotten an update from the business.

Terrible communication and complete disregard for the overnight policy that they offer. I paid high $$ on two separate orders for 2 day shipping and for overnight shipping and each order took 4-6 days. What a waste of $ and a cash grab.
