I never got my package

The contacts were fine but i had contacted customer service before I ordered (Friday morning) & asked if I paid for expedited shipping would i get it by Wednesday evening, as i needed it for an event. They assured me that I would. I checked Tuesday afternoon & it was still showing not shipped! I called customer service and they said they had shipped it Monday morning, but usps just wasn’t tracking yet. My event came & went & contacts didn’t show up until Friday evening. I called usps & they claimed they didn’t receive the package until Tuesday evening (coincidentally after i spoke to customer service). I contacted customer support again. They continued to lie & claim they shipped Monday despite all evidence to the contrary. I then stated i wanted a refund. Site says you can get one for any reason within 2 weeks if box is unopened. It had only been a few days & i hadn’t opened it, yet they would only offer me 20% off my next order instead!! Like I’d want to order from this company again! Finally after a bunch of back & forth they agreed to take the 20% plus what i paid for expedited shipping off this order instead. I suppose I’m satisfied with this outcome but i don’t understand the need for lies or why they refused to just give me the refund i initially asked for! Edit: After I posted this review they sent me numerous emails for months basically bribing me with free contacts in return for removing or updating my review to a positive one. It's funny had they just offered me the free pair as an apology with no expectations I likely would have changed the review but I really didn't like how it was only offered IF I took down the negative review. No thanks. Not reputable.

For someone that doesn't regularly wear contacts these were by far the worst contacts I ever wore. For the price it was not justified as once I put them on immediately my eyes started to burn I took them off resoked them and gave it another chance and they continued to burn and irritate my eyes there was no hope and I looked for tears as well and none were visible just disappointed on this product 💔 😔

The website was lovely and easy to use but I paid for priority shipping (2-3 days) yet here we are 6 days later and it has yet to even ship out...wasted extra money for nothing

Wrong colors, and size. I threw those things away in my garbage. Thank you, but "NO THANKS!" I will never order from your company again in my life. I told my friends, as well as family members about your company.

my tracking number and order number generate 404 this page doesn’t exist error. i haven’t received my order , customer service has not responded to my messages and i have not been issues a refund

DO.NOT.SHOP They sent me broken contacts when I contacted them they took over a day to respond to me and did not fix the problem at all, I told them it was time sensitive and instead of expediting they told me they would refund it. no resolution to the issue. They told me if I can’t afford the expediting fee there’s nothing they could do…. Why would I pay an extra 60 dollars to correct THEIR mistake.
