Despite the quick shipping I was disappointed that the contacts I got were not what I ordered. I was supposed to get a deep intense red with black jagged detailed rings around the iris and pupil, but what I got were just basic red contacts without any detailing

I had 2 ordered, my second order shipped right away but my first took 2 weeks and when I tried to cancel it (literally the day after I made it) I was told no.

I've been waiting two weeks for my product and customer service tells me to continue to wait. There is no further information from them or under the tracking number. The status is labeled as "in transit" for many days. No one has any idea of when ,or even if, my items will arrive. Im told to wait, perhaps indefinitely. I own business as well. And I personally follow up with my carrier under such circumstance.

In the past, the contacts have arrived in time (2-5) business days. But I still have yet to receive this order which was placed two weeks ago. I don't know what happened but I'm waiting for my contacts

the contact in person is VERY blue and unrealistic. The photo online made me think it was a softer lighter blue circle lense with a small pupil. While it does have a small pupil, the final product is way too costumey.

Contact lenses were too flimsy to put in, could only manage to get one in and it caused a lot of irritation so I removed it. either they were manufactured wrong or they were out dated.

Easy to put on the issue was one of the contacts came with a crack that poked my eye. May i get overnight shipping before Halloween for another pair or a refund.

I got the contacts but didn't get the $271 outfit I bought. Don't understand why they didn't come at the same time. Still waiting and hoping nothing has happened to it.
