Second time ordering from this site. Ordered before a party with 3-5 business days delivery. Emailed on the 5th business day because tracking # still said "label printed" but not shipped. Was given a coupon code to reorder, ordered but paid $60 for overnight shipping. Order arrived in 2 days but only half the order was received. Emailed again to be told to send a photo to prove I didn't get them. Offered me another credit of $29.5 that I have to use within a month. I'm not going to order a 3rd time and waste my money.

Item arrived with no liquid in the packages, had cracks on the lenses, I contacted the company for a refund and haven't heard nothing back from them, if I could I would of gave .25 of a star, I had to order from a different contact company hopefully will get them before Halloween

They were so difficult To get in to my eyes I could not even use them. They would fold when I would get them in even a little bit or they would move around and I wouldn’t be able to see I believe it’s because the material was too soft. It was a big waste of money

Not comfortable at all. Very hard to see and caused an eye infection. I was extremely careful and clean with putting them in so there shouldn’t have been any infection caused but I have a horrible eye infection now.

I never made an order but I reached out to see if it is fraud and no answers from customer service

I bought a pair of full sclera contact lenses. It’s the first pair I’ve purchased. The base curve only has one option at 11mm. There is nothing on the website about sizes. When I got them they were clearly not curved enough. The contacts would lift at the edge and not stay connected to my eyes. After looking at other websites they have a base curve of 10 and 9. Wish I would have known. I was given a coupon for a mini sclera instead of a refund. The sclera contact from this site will not fit my eyes!
