I asked for a refund and all I’m offered is store credits for a place I’ve never shopped and likely will never shop again.

I bought a complete black eye contact and it did not adjust to my eye shape.

These contacts do not fit, I was so excited for my Halloween costume, but no matter how hard I tried they float to the corner of my eye, if I try to adjust them, they pop out the corner of my eye. Waste of money.

The 22mm were too big for my eyes not allowing me to properly get them in was not able to use them

You guys sent me the wrong contacts and didn’t do anything to resolve it. The sms number doesn’t work and I never got an email back.

I Can’t See With Them And They Don’t Glow In The Dark!!!

This felt horrible in my eyes, felt like glass! My eyes would not stop watering ,I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to pull them out since I couldn’t keep my eye open long enough for me to grab them. It took a long time but I finally was able to get them out, my eyes were very irritated the next day.

I ordered these contacts 10 days ago and paid for express shipping that was supposed to arrive within the week, I purchased them for Halloween, after 5 days with no update I am now seeing that my contacts passed my state and went to Washington. Not sure if they’ll even get here in time for Halloween.
