I got two defective pairs of contants that are unuseable. I am a contact veteran and have been wearing contacts for years so I am experienced with them.

The package was deliver ed to the wrong address. The tracking said it was returned to sender. We still have not received it.

Trying to return.

I never received the pair of contacts I ordered. I sent an email almost a month after making my order and the sent me some code to reorder them. I’ll use the code but won’t be ordering from them again.

I paid for contacts and couldn't see out of them. I will most likely never use this website again

Did not receive item on time, even though I paid extra for shipping. I had to change my costume last minute, which cause a great deal of stress. The item arrived 5 days late. They went straight to the trash, since I didn’t want to deal with returning it. Not ordering from here again. Added more stress.

It's been almost 3 weeks and I still have not received the package how long it take for package to go from Texas to Ontario...it only just crossed the border.
