I paid Express delivery and it was late and than the contacts themselves where messed up...one is over sized and the other has a line going down the middle... Very disappointed..this was my 1sr purchase and will probably be my last from this website.

They were so uncomfortable I couldn't even get them in. They were also very flimsie and kept dropping out of my hand which made it almost impossible to get them in the first time.

I sent an email to you guys over my order not being delivered and no response at all and no refund either.

Once again I have an issue with this company. The coupon code they provided me with does not exist. Out of 3 pairs that I had purchased 2 of them i had issues with one contact in each case that had irritated my eye and could not keep the contact in without it getting red or feeling like it was scratching my eye. Not satisfied or happy about being lied to.

At first I bought my contacts and they came in kind except one of the pairs was ill fitting. So I reached out and the company gave me a gift card but what I ordered with the gift card didn’t arrive and they won’t refund me. They said “send back the products and we’ll give you a refund” how am I supposed to do that when I don’t have the products? They had good communication at first but if you want your money back dont bother they won’t give it to you.

I didn't receive my order. It appears as delivered but my mailing box doesn't have it and it appears that it's been in the delivery center for ups since April 8

Everytime I put in my address and it send halfway and returns to sender even tho I see the address right there and see it's on route. Feels like a waste of 60 dollars

Paid for 2-3 day shipping, them was told that 2-3 day shipping actually takes 3-5 days. No longer needed the item as it arrived after the event but was only offered a partial refund, misleading advertising, will not order from you again.
