Total confidence in Dr. Tehrany- A surgeon who recommended NO surgery! Now THAT is a Doctor you can trust...

Dr. Tehrany performed labrum surgery on my shoulder. In addition to repairing the labrum, he also moved my biceps tendon, repaired some rotator cuff damage, and shaved down my acromion. Having experienced invasive shoulder surgery in the past, I have to say that my experience with arthroscopic surgery was a lot smoother than I expected. I had utter confidence in Dr. Tehrany to make the necessary quick decisions that a surgeon must make while under pressure in the operating room. His reputation as a shoulder specialist is known throughout the city, and his ability to diagnose me without pouring over my scan was impressive indeed. He was patient and understanding and took time to listen to my concerns and explain the procedure in detail. I had several follow up visits with this office and the staff there are top notch professionals and take all patients' concerns extremely seriously.

I had a very bad rotator cuff tear and Dr. Tehrany recommended surgery to repair it. I had the surgery and Dr. Tehrany and his staff were terrific. They scheduled everything and made it a very easy process. My shoulder feels great and I am back to doing everything as I did in the past. No more pain!

Dr. Tehrany is a phenomenal physician! I sought his care after being involved in a traumatic car accident and was immediately put at ease by both the Dr. and his amazing staff. Once it was confirmed that I required shoulder surgery all my questions and concerns were addressed in a professional and caring manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Tehrany to anyone in need of an excellent surgeon.

I was so fearful of the surgery which caused me to wait longer than I should have but Dr. Tehrany and Stephan made me feel so comfortable and all went well. I was treated so wonderfully at the surgery center. The staff is excellent and I felt comfortable before and after the surgery. The best part was I only needed to travel to Manhattan on the morning of the surgery because the pre-op testing was done at my GP's office which was extremely convenient. I'm saving the best for last as I cannot express how pleased and grateful I was and still am with Dr. Tehrany and Stephan. I have full use of my right arm again, Thank you from the bottom of my heart and Happy, Healthy Holidays!
