In the past I was able to hear calls and surround but that is no longer the case. I'm told by support it's loading but I hear nothing on my end when I once could.

Be careful ,READ THE FINE PRINT ! They should offer a trial period to see how it works before they charge upwards $80 / month for something that is basically useless.. I would sign up if there were an option for at least 24 hour free trail period..

Im giving this 2 stars because the main reason i wanted it for (to hear the call recordings) doesnt work. The first time i used the service in november of last year it work perfect but now the call recordings doesnt work. Disappointed customer
