I notarized a will for both husband and wife on 4/10/26. I have yet to be paid. No one answers the phone or returns messages. Ive emailed, left messages and escalated to SNAP DOCS. Nothing. I'm thinking about calling the better business bureau. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I am submitting this review due to non‑payment for services rendered. I completed a full notary assignment for this company, delivered all documents as required, and fulfilled every part of the agreement. Despite this, the company has not paid me for the completed service, nor have they provided any explanation or resolution. I have followed up multiple times with no response. This behavior reflects unprofessional business practices and a lack of integrity. I strongly advise other notaries and contractors to exercise caution when working with this company.

Notary BEWARE!!! Mobile Notary Zones does not pay their notaries for work completed. They will not reply to emails or phone calls or voicemails. I have been waiting on payment for 3+ months. Very poor customer service for notaries. Please add to your do not use list, they are a rip off, you will not get paid!

I used to enjoy working with MNZ, they seemed to be a somewhat fair company. Unfortunately, it seems like they have decided to not pay any notaries for our services. I, like many others, am owed hundreds of dollars for completed assignments from February 2026 and they refuse to pay. Super disappointing.

Terrible agency to contract with, does not pay the notary, does not reply to my calls or emails. This is not ethical and not a way to run a business. Absolutely shameful to ignore the notary about a payment and I had to sacrifice my time and pay 2 witnesses to come out. Never again!

I too would not provide any additional services to this company. I have tried to contact them via phone & emails with not one response and this is totally unacceptable. Notaries are needed and provide excellent services to these companies that need greater monitoring/compliance to make sure we get paid on time according to their payment terms so why is this not being done??? I am thoroughly disgusted with Mobile Notary Zone.
