You get disconnected all the time
You get disconnected all the time, because the state you are connected to, gets overloaded. Not recommended, not worth $200 a month. Reply, the connection stops working, even if it says you are connected to a server. When switching to other state, it will show the other server is on 100% capacity.

We monitor our systems 24/7 and no one gets disconnected from a location automatically. You have to initiate the disconnection. And just so you know even if a location shows 99% full that just means all the modems we have in that location are being used but it doesn't mean it's overloaded. We make sure not to overload by only having so many modems per location. We can see that you still have service with us and we do our best to keep uptime high. I hope you update your reply to more than a 2 because I think we deserve it.
