An excellent product. It fits perfectly. It has a lip to protect the screen, unlike other phone covers. I'd definitely recommend it.

I love this case, it's exactly what I was looking for. My review also reflects the excellent customer service I received. When my product didn't show up when I expected, I got an immediate response and was given time frames for my shipping option and a follow up date should the product not arrive. It arrived a couple of days later. Customer service was very responsive and the product is exactly what I was expecting based on the product description. I would have no reservations ordering from this company again.

Order a screen protector and the first one didn't arrive. Contacted customer care to let them know and they shipped a replacement out that arrived 5 days later. Thank you MobileFun for the awesome customer service and lowest prices (found for same product).

I ordered two items and was surprised at how quickly they arrived. It was two days earlier than expected. And everything was safe, intact and worked fine.

I didn't think this website would still be around and still be allowed to continue. Because they are illegal thieving scammers. A few years back now. I ordered a Sony fast charger for xperia xa. Costing £45. And what I was sent was a standard charger worth about £8.99. I did not report this at the time because I don't like messing around doing returns. And as I can see with other reviews on here. That this company is as dodgy now as it was back then. How are people like this allowed to stay in business. Someone should monitor sites like this and close them down.

I ordered a phone case that they said was out of stock but would get in 2 to 3 weeks well it's been a month and they said they still don't have it in stock because of weather, yes we had one storm and some snowy days and covid is not helping but I am never buying from them again

Hello Jennifer, We apologise for the inconvenience you have experienced at MobileFun. This is not the type of service we aim to provide for our customers & can understand how frustrating it is for items to be delayed when in transit. Unfortunately we cannot control when stock arrives to our Warehouse, especially when there are a few factors working against us (i.e. Covid Regulations/Weather etc.). Again we apologise for this encounter & would suggest to sign up to our Newsletter which may update you on certain items & stock arrivals. We would also be happy to hear more feedback from yourself, if you'd be so inclined as we are always looking for more ways to improve our service & customer journeys. If you could contact our Customer service team via this email [email protected], with the subject line reading MobileFunAdvisor2000 & details of your feedback & customer experience. Once again, we apologise for this unsatisfactory encounter & hope that we can improve on our services so that we may see you in the future. Thank you for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated.
