Purchased two "Official Samsung USB-C Galaxy Note 10 Plus Charging Cables" on 6/11/2020. Less than 2 months later, 9/1/2020, one stopped working entirely. Contacted Mobile Fun twice now, via their email "Contact Form" (only option available to me) about faulty cable and no response or acknowledgement from them. NOTHING ON CABLES INDICATES THEY ARE "OFFICIAL SAMSUNG"!

I ordered Official Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra LED Cover Case - Mystic Black screen and just noticed after got email after paid the money they process with Official Samsung Galaxy Note 20 LED View Cover Case - Mystic Black which is not the Ultra one and there is different !!! Then I emailed customer service and could not reach them out and they would not respond to your email !!!! i want to get my money back as i cancel the order before it get ship !!!!

I ordered the note 10+ plus screen protector and paid premium for a good quality They sent me the note 10 instead Then I emailed customer service email and you can't reach them there, you have to go to their website Ridiculous

ordered a case almost a month ago, and still nothing. I was already skeptical when the page refreshed as soon as i submitted my order, but im without a doubt now that this company is taking peoples money. No confirmation to my email or anything. Still charged my card tho. Update: they are now claiming that no payment ever went through, when it very much did go through. I highly recommend buying your phone products from another service, because these guys will take your money and play dumb about it.

I have ordered several screen protectors, phone cases, etc over the years. All of my purchases have been for Samsung phones. Yes, it takes a few weeks to receive the purchases but they have always arrived. If you order from this company you should expect a longer travel time if ordering from within the US. Every item purchased has always been top notch.
