The package arrived ripped with 1 of 4 ordered dressed damaged. 2 dresses were missing. Their solution was to try and convince me to keep the damaged for 30% off. It was unusable and took multiple requests to get a return label which I may still get charged for and will have to reach out to them again for refund! Apparently ordering from this company means ur extra time is spent tracking their mistakes. For the missing items, they need 48 hrs to investigate w carrier while I keep the charges on my card then the 7 to 10 days return window will start. Overall their process is deliberately difficult!

Took over made.com but not keeping garentees for customers. Show how customer orientated Next truly are!

I ordered 5 items on the 29th October and subsequently (due to the ineptness of NEXT) refused delivery of two items and cancelled the second package of the remaining three items. Hours of wasted phone calls and emails later, which only proved that NOBODY within this company talk to each other as not one person knew what was going on. Now on Novembr 18th I am STILL waiting for a refund of £63.99 which they are holding - and who knows why?? Almost three weeks after cancelling, they still have my money. I received an email today to say "we're sorry your items are out of stock" - er....?? But I've cancelled the order, NEXT you useless bunch- just give me back my money. Dreadful service, dreadful agents...just dreadful. Never again. Buyers BEWARE!!!

Bought goods internationally 4 times now. First time they were delivered and all was fine. However, last 3 times happened that the courier did not even attempted to deliver but the tracking information shows that I need to go and collect it. Only after emailing customer service 10 times I managed for Next to contact the courier and they got it delivered in my home. Well, this last time is simply disgraceful how Next Customer Services operates... is actual people reading my emails? I have now emailed Next 15 times explaining my problem, asking to contact the courier and get them to provide the service I have paid for: a home delivery. 15 times their answer has been the address where the parcel is and ask me to go and collect it.. really???? The customer team is either not reading my emails or purposely ignoring the information provided in my email. I have even requested a cancellation of the order and a refund and they replied asking me to collect my parcel... disgraceful!
