I have received multiple payments but now a payment is withholding my payout and I'm waiting since August 6 to receive the payout

I wish I could post my screen shot but this app is fraud I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks on my redemption and haven’t received it yet. This app truly sucks if you want to contact me please do

One month waiting for successful payout processing. I reached the 14 million coins threshold for the 20$ payout that would be deposited on my PayPal account. Yesterday, they told me the payout processing was successful and that I would get paid shortly. The entire day passed and no payment. Today, I'm still waiting. I already e-mailed them many times and always get automated responses that solve nothing. Note: real money from my own wallet was spent on the featured games that offered the rewarding tasks on Make Money - Cash App downloaded on Google Play Store. Update: they did pay me eventually, but, I asked for a second payment after reaching the threshold again and I've been waiting for two months for the money to be sent to my PayPal account. I hope they do send the money. Also, this is going to be my last payout request ever with this company and their apps, they take too long to pay. User ID: ef6fded9c8f176c0
